GENERAL CONDUCT
- Silence is observed at all times inside the LRC especially in the individual reading area.
- Observe proper dress code, that is, the official NCLC uniform. Sleeveless, mini-skirts, walking shorts, shorts and plunging necklines are strictly prohibited.
- Courtesy to fellow students and staff is exercised at all times.
- Eating, smoking, sleeping, and littering are strictly prohibited in the library.
- Used books, magazines and other documents are returned on book carts designated for shelving. Students should not shelve books by themselves.
- Students fall in line at all service points to maintain order, speed and efficiency of service.
- Use of hats or caps, media players and cellular phones are not allowed inside the library.
- Laptop is allowed only for research and academic works at the reading area.
- Always arrange used tables and chairs before leaving.
- Moving library furniture from its designated place is strictly prohibited.
- Readers services shall cease 15 minutes before the library closes in order to enable the staff to put the library in order for the next day’s services.
