BORROWING FROM LRC
- To borrow any materials, a valid NCLC LRC identification card must be presented.
- Borrowers are responsible for checked-out materials until they are returned to the LRC.
- Borrowing privileges are non-transferable and must be used by the individual.
- One week before the final exams, all materials should be returned to the library.
- Lost materials must be replaced with the same title, author, and edition, or the current value must be paid.
- Borrowers must pay the accumulated overdue fine until the loss is reported to the librarian. A processing fee of Php 200.00 is also required.
- Print periodicals are typically reserved for use in a single room. It can, however, only be checked out by a faculty member.
- Students may borrow a journal for the sole purpose of photocopying.
- Borrowers who discover damage in the library materials they intend to borrow must notify the librarian immediately; otherwise, they will be held liable for the damage.
- Reference books and periodicals are only for use in the library. They may be taken out for a maximum of thirty (30) minutes with permission for photocopying purposes.
- All materials checked out are subject to immediate recall if another library user requires them.
